These terms and conditions govern the use of the PawBets platform. By creating an account, a player agrees to the terms outlined below in full. Please read them carefully before registering or making a deposit.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted one account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or by accident, will be merged or closed at PawBets’ discretion, and any bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Account details provided during registration must be accurate and current. Providing false information may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for depositing wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. PawBets may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification before releasing a withdrawal. This process protects both the player and the platform from fraud and is standard across licensed casinos.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses, including the welcome offer of 200% up to 2,000 CAD, are subject to a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before funds become eligible for withdrawal. Slots contribute 100% toward this requirement, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10%, and video poker contributes 20%. Bonus funds expire 30 days after activation if the wagering requirement has not been met. A maximum bet of 10 CAD per spin or hand applies while any bonus is active; bets placed above this limit may void associated winnings. Only one active bonus is permitted per account. PawBets reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse any promotional offer at its discretion, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5. Responsible Gaming

PawBets is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players can set deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods directly through account settings. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the selected exclusion period ends, regardless of the request method.

6. Fair Play and Game Integrity

Game outcomes are statistically independent, meaning no previous result influences a future spin, hand or roll. Any player found exploiting a software bug, glitch or error for financial gain will have related winnings voided and the issue reported to the relevant game provider.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

PawBets is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Game results displayed on a player’s device are considered final once confirmed by the platform’s servers, regardless of any discrepancy caused by a local connection issue.

10. Changes to These Terms

PawBets reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
